A single verified record for every person entering a JK Cement Limited plant or project site. Mandatory live photograph and valid photo identity, host approval, QR gate pass and a complete audit trail of movements.
Visitor photographs and identity documents are stored privately and visible only to authorised security staff.
Gate rules
- Live visitor photograph is mandatory
- Valid government photo ID is mandatory
- Safety helmet and shoes beyond admin block
- Pass valid only for the approved area and time
- Escort compulsory for kiln, mill and despatch
How entry works

Valid photo ID
A government photo identity is captured and read automatically; only the last digits appear on the pass.

Host approval
The request reaches the JK Cement host and department for approval before the pass activates.

Gate IN / OUT
Security scans the QR pass at the gate to record entry, exit and time spent inside the plant.
